Brand Identity & Communication

SODIC’s latest development of single family homes promises to be a unique addition to the real estate scene and will, once again, raise the bar for everyone else. We wanted the brand to conceptually and visually communicate this at every touchpoint.

In creating The Estates brand and communication campaign we wanted to truly transport the audience to somewhere they’d imagined but perhaps never experienced before. The goal was also to showcase The Estates as one of SODIC’s most prestigious offerings, creating a sense of exclusiveness that would impress would-be buyers for whom exclusivity and prestige are paramount criteria when selecting their places of residence.
